Try changing to Tom's Natural toothpaste. All my lactose intolerance went away when I quit using Colgates. I had used Aim, Crest, Pepsodent also while I was Lactose intolerant. I had to throw out the old toothbrush as it was contaminated enough to cause symptoms. Now I can eat dairy products without adding lactase with no symptoms. It was an overnight cure.
